• Business Experience- You need to have business or professional experience outside of Japan.

• Teaching Experience- At least six months previous teaching experience.

• Reliability- Instructors are expected to always be on time.

• Friendly- To help the students relax, instructors must have a friendly demeanor.

• Committed to self-improvement- You should be up to date on current business topics, and follow trends.
